My Story

Hi, I’m Laurie—a nonprofit consultant who believes that clear systems, grounded leadership, and trust-based relationships are the foundation for meaningful impact.

I’ve spent over two decades building and leading mission-driven organizations across the arts, culture, and environmental sectors—from directing large-scale events and stewarding multi-million dollar budgets to founding youth programs and securing critical funding. My work has taken me from pioneering environmental hubs in Berkeley to large scale bustling conferences in the Rockies of Colorado to community-rooted art centers in Hawai‘i. Along the way, I’ve learned that when nonprofits are well-supported on the inside, their work in the world becomes even more powerful.
